Jake Kanter is currently an Enterprise Account Executive at Twilio focused on building transformational customer engagement experiences with his customers. Before moving back into sales, Jake spent two and a half years in Product Marketing at Twilio where he looked after the Voice & Video business unit and Twilio's Super Network. Jake comes from a Managed Service Provider background and knows all too well the pain customers go through when dealing with traditional SIP providers. Prior to Twilio, Jake also worked at Uber and helped launch UberEATS in over 100 cities around the world.
